Beautiful hotel, nice big rooms. Our front desk employee checking us in was great noticed we were right by the elevator and chose to move us to a quieter area which we appreciated. Nice gym area there as well. Only downside is paying for parking. Paying over 300/night-- overnight parking should be included.

The hotel was great! Located right in downtown Portland there are a lot of things to do within walking distance. There is a parking garage right next door to the hotel. Make a trip to the top of the east for snacks and drinks, you won’t be disappointed.

As soon as I arrived in my rental car, I did not like the area. They were many homeless people out on the sidewalk by the hotel. I went to check in and mentioned to the girl at the desk.I did not realize I was in this area and so far from Town The description was not the same as online, she just stared at me.

there was no soap in the shower soap dispenser; shampoo full. a convention was there and they took up almost all of the staff time and efforts. You were a little 2nd tier if you were a tourist couple. Also, pls send me an itemized statement of my bill ; front desk refused to provide one. they told me I had to "go to Expedia". pls send promptly

No water pressure in the sink faucet. Also hot water faucet took LITERALLY 5 minutes to warm up. We had to turn on the hot water well in advance of trying to wash face/hands in the sink. Shower had hot water and full water pressure. Noise from other guests came through bathroom vent. We were in Room 619. Cleaning staff was excellent and so friendly! Valet parking could have had a bit more hustle and more communicative/knowledgeable in explaining how the parking worked.

We were seeing a show at the State theater that night and we found it to be a great way to park, checkin, see the show and relax in the bar afterwards. The beds were so comfortable and the room was clean, well equipped and made the whole getaway wonderful.
