You're better off staying somewhere else please.

Property management service was awful. No apologies for mistakes done (they say water leak, doubt it), Stranded with payout of scrambling for last minute expensive hotels especially during the time of a special event in Reading. I had booked this apartment stay in advance of my trip into the UK. We had called to confirmed the time for the pickup of the keys the day before. That was fine until the day of my arrival from a different country after a 10 hrs flight, management didn't pickup the call and when he did return the call, he says there's been a water leak and that we cannot stay there. That was the end of conversation. Did not try to accommodate in any way, no apologies. We would have been messed up even more if travelling with a family, can't find any other accommodations and without large money at hand. You can imagine how expensive it turned out to be finding a hotel room on the same day and onward. I will never book with this place again and advise you to not try either.

I liked the layout of the property and how it was perfect for a weekend getaway. The location was convenient as it was driving distance to where I wanted to go. I would highly recommend this property for yourself or with a friend
