Poor Service, No Communication

I arrived on time for my check-in, but to my surprise, I was treated very poorly by the front desk staff. While trying to resolve the issue through the Hotels.com chat, I discovered that my reservation had been mistakenly cancelled—without any prior notice or communication from the property. I was left with no assistance from the hotel, and shortly after leaving, I was involved in a car accident. Thankfully, Hotels.com provided excellent support throughout the situation. My advice: do not book this place. The lack of professionalism and responsibility from the hotel staff made an already stressful situation much worse
