We showed up to check in and waited almost an hour before we were given our room. Only one person was working the front desk. Then we get to our room and it was dirty, no toilet paper was there. We got our second room and the WiFi doesn’t even work. There is very limited plates for breakfast. And to top it off they have a list of tv channels that you can’t use. I do not recommend booking here. The only save it has that it’s close to the beach. But it was super inconvenient to book here

The service delivered is not what was purchased. Our experience left a lot to be desired, more details below: 1. The double bed is an arrangement and not a real double bed. As a result, I woke up with a lot of lower back pain because the bed split in half during the night and I slept in an uncomfortable position, causing pain in my spine. 2. The curtain on the bedroom window is very worn and looks dirty. 3. The bedroom door does not close smoothly and always scratches when opening and closing. 4. It offers a minibar it works, but the drink options are very limited. 5. The hair dryer has not worked for years, as far as we were able to find out. So they offer a hairdryer for use for a maximum of 30 minutes that needs to be picked up at the hotel reception. 6. they offer car parking service for a daily fee, but we always need to call someone else to open its door to get in/out of the park. For late night arrives this puts us at a security risk situation as we need to wait outside for someone to open parking door. Next time I'll look for other options and we do not recommend this business.

Overall everything was good but the only thing that i think was bad is lack of communication at concierge. Parking Lot was supposed to be included but wasn't at all. Bad move on their part. I would like to be informed ahead of time.

The staff is very pleasant and polite, but the structure of the building itself is very old and needs some upgrade asap. In Brazil, it's by law if any of the clients would like to visit the kitchen to see how the food is prepared to have free access, I requested to take a look and was denied by the management. From that point on I never touched the food from that place, and the breakfast was included, I did pay to have my breakfast someplace else.

Okay for a night

The hotel was fine however they didn't have any towels in the room, the bed were covered with a plastic sheet which makes lots of noise when u on it and the bed itself wasn't comfort at all. Breakfast was meant to be served from 6:30, however they only had one guy organising it, so it took at least 15-20min to have everything ready.

Péssima experiencia neste hotel !!!!

Hotel em pessimo estado de conservação...não havia água quente no chuveiro, piscina com agua turva, um unico funcionario na recepção, na madrugada, ao sair na garagem deparei com latões cheios de roupas sujas, o mesmo funcionario da recepção abre a garagem. "Pra ficar ruim tem de melhorar muito". AINDA BEM QUE FOI UMA ÚNICA ESTADIA

Está com os cuidados em atraso.

o Hotel é bem localizado, perto da praia e do shopping, mas está mal cuidado. O quarto o ar condicionado não gelava nada, a porta não abria com o cartão que foi dado no checkin, tendo sempre que o funcionário do hotel ir até o quarto abrir a porta para a gente entrar.

Péssima, minha pior escolha

Foi péssima! Reservei cama de casal, recebi duas camas de solteiro unidas. Café da manhã ruim e sem variedade, grande demora para repor as coisas no café. Atenção eles ofertam estacionamento aqui, mas é cobrado taxa no hotel!!!! O elevador fechou em mim, hotel em péssima condição! Na chegada do hotel, eles me forneceram a chave de um quarto ocupado, tive que descer na recepção novamente e informar que o quarto estava ocupado e pegar outro. A televisão funcionava dois canais apenas e bem ruins.

Foi bom, mas poderia ter sido melhor.

Nossa estadia foi boa, mas poderia ter sido melhor, o ar condicionado era barulhento (era um modelo antigo), mas consegui diminuir o barulho, a cama apresentava uma depressão, isso deixamos passar. Com alguns ajustes teria sido excelente.
