This time staying here I was not impressed,the staff at the front desk I had to get management involved because of an issue with one of the staff with both my son and myself(attitude should stay at home from staff) Ice machines and vending machines don’t work and overall I was not happy with this stay this time.

Check in staff are welcoming & all the other staff we encountered were all very friendly! Our suite was okay but did feel a little tired, quite dark with only lamps for lighting. Frayed carpet between the transition from the entrance tile, blinds had dirty fingerprints on them from previous guests. The heating system was noisy periodically thru the night and the door let in so much light from the hallway that It was hard to sleep. It was fine for a one night stay at the price point we were at, but don’t think I would return.

The room was quiet even though the place was sold out! The little lounge is AWESOME great drinks, food and service. Hys is a MUST THE STEAK WAS INCREDIBLE. And the morning breakfast was awesome. It’s the full package.

The room was clean however when i went to make a cup of coffee this morning when i poured the water in the machine there was a white merky film on the water in the machine. Needless to say i didn’t further my cup of coffee.
