there was no free breakfast . we went off site for breakfast. we ate supper both nights at the attached casino and the food was outstanding and very affordable.

Wow what a let down. When it was private it was great, as a Sheraton it was great, now wow, what a let down. Some of the rooms are nice but the hotel itself is an old tired out of touch place that belongs in a small town, and not a hub like Red Deer. Would someone please give the public spaces a makeover? Not one ice machine was working from the 9th floor to the fifth floor. Such a let down for a casino hotel. There is not even a gift slash smoke shop in this place. The new owners need a lesson in attracting higher spending guests rather than just going after the volume of gamblers. I’m so very disappointed. Oh well back to the Holiday Inn.
