Breakfast lady was amazing. Your front desk male night time work was not welcoming at all, his English isn’t very good, he isn’t helpful at all. I’ve worked in the hotel services and never would have an employee so unhelpful/non welcoming.

It states in the terms and conditions that a $200 deposit per guest is required upon check-in; yet the guy wouldn't not accept a damage deposit via debit, and stated that a credit card was required. They wouldn’t let me stay with cash or debit for a security deposit. I paid online for the room with my debit visa. Couldn’t get my money back and couldn’t stay. The guy at the front desk was also very rude.

The king bed was most comfortable, I enjoyed it. Room was pretty cold at first but good directions on the thermostat. The coffee in room is aweful, they should switch it to a drip pot instead of pods.The mirror behind tv was not clean. Seems alot of wear and tear on doors, etc. Needs upgrading. Also had to have room keys/cards activated a couple of times.

The site said a 200 deposit would have to be made, but didn't say on a physical credit card.. so that was a hassle and the front desk was accommodating but not very helpful as the email sent wasn't even able to be filled out.. we got it sorted but it was a hassle.
