Room was very nice, very clean. Jacuzzi was good, should have extra towels since it's a jacuzzi suite. Also since it's a suite it should have more than 1 chair. Breakfast was good. Area around the property is a little sketchy, although we had no issues. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Chose this hotel based on positive reviews and reasonable price. I don't know how anyone could leave a positive rating. Sketchy area, homeless and addicts hanging around the property and parking lot. Dated rooms, odd smells, stained bed sheets and mattress covers. Materess cover appeared to have blood stains. Requested fresh linens and they were replaced with cleaner ones but we're still stained. Room smelled of smoke, there was a shower cap covering the smoke detector. Spent one night then left and stayed at a better hotel. I would never go back.

I only spent one night, but the staff were very friendly and accommodating, the room was comfortable and clean, I think, there was still some recycling in the bin, might want to make sure you dump that, because it makes people wonder.

The Blanket Cover ?

The way the bed was made was concerning and I had no time to discuss it but it looked that the bed had the usual fitted sheet below but on top, instead of having the expected clean sheet on top of the fitted sheet and the top sheet then covered with a blanket that is not expected to be washed every time ( we certainly don't wash our blankets after each use, by family or friends) anyway, that top sheet is next to the body when sleeping and its top is turned over the blanket for about one foot so the sleeper's arm and face usually don't touch the blanket. In the hotel room this was reversed - it seemed that the top was a sort of filled sheet and its top part was turned down to cover the blanket for about a foot. While it did not bother me too much as I sleep in a nightgown covering me, I found the turned down sheet a bother. In Europe, this issue is usually solved in most places by having clean, washable very large covers into which the blankets are placed , like huge pillow cases for blankets. Very very hygienic and preferable to our ways. Especially the odd way in your hotel. Or maybe the hotel did wash the blanket after each guest ? Thanks,Tiiu p.s. All else was fine thank you !
