There are 4 generous sized bedrooms, one king bed, two have queen beds and the fourth bedroom has a singles bunk and another single bed. It has 3 bathrooms with showers over 2 levels, a laundry, two TVs, board games, a large open plan kitchen dining area - well equipped with modern appliances, that connect via French doors to the wide, wrap around verandah – a stunning feature of this home. (perfect for the evening show courtesy of the local wildlife). Possums, skinks, kangaroos and a large variety of birds are commonly seen around the house and form part of the Kookaburra Retreat experience. Enjoy summer BBQ’s overlooking the shady yard, creek and dam or a cosy winter stay beside the enormous open fireplace that warms the living area. This house provides plenty of room for two families to share and has a fully fenced garden to contain little tikes and your dog. For those seeking solitude and the chance to reconnect with nature, this home is for you! Please note there is a weak phone signal for some service providers but we have a WIFI at this property. Adult supervision of small children is required around the small, fenced dam situated on the block. No leavers please

Head south out of Margaret River along Bussel Highway and turn right into Boodjidup Road at the roundabout. Travel past the light industrial area for about 5 km and number 530 will be on your right. Its easy to miss so keep an eye out for the numbers. It has a gravel road and you cant see the house from the road.



There is a fenced off dam adjacent to the house. Children are not allowed within the dam fence boundary.
