The bathroom features a rain shower, towels, soap, shower gel, shampoo, and a hairdryer. For your clothes, there is a rack with hangers and shelves, plus a large wardrobe in the hallway.

Parking is available on the street. Events and parties are not allowed, and quiet hours are from 10 pm to 6 am. The apartment is on the second floor and is not barrier-free.



Arrival is best by car, as the area is not served by public transport. Supermarkets are 3 km away. The historic Weißenstein castle ruins with stunning views are within walking distance. You can hike, cycle, swim, or ice skate nearby. The Bavarian Forest offers many attractions for all ages. On the last weekend of July, Regen hosts the Pichelsteinerfest with festival tent, parades, boat rides, and fireworks.
