Nice Stay in Regensburg

2-night stay. Front desk staff was friendly. Hotel common areas and room were clean and very tidy. Breakfast buffet was very good (selection and quality). Bed was much too firm (no pillow top or memory foam) and pillows were very cheap and thin (poly-fill). Pillows and duvet had a strange, disposable type fabric cover, rather than cotton, which made them hot and scratchy. No flat sheet, just the duvet, so be prepared to sleep hot. Overall the hotel was very nice, but the bedding needs a serious upgrade.

Near to HBF, Shopping & Point of interest

Very walkable city with long history and well preserved castles & building. And Elaya hotel is just a short walk from Regensburg train station. And the mall adjacent to the train is a great shopping mall with huge hyper market. All the key attractions are within the 15minutes walk from hotel. Really enjoy the stay.

A charming stay in a wonderful hotel!

An amazing stay. The room was extremely clean, spacious and the amenities were good. The quirky touches such as the Pandora’s box were much appreciated. The funky remarks so different from the usual boring “ do not disturb” for instance, is testimony of the charm of this hotel. The staff were superb; friendly, efficient and extremely helpful and welcoming! We felt like family!
