The property was mostly clean and quiet, though the air condition was not strong enough. My low rating, however, is due to the fact that the housekeeping staff do not respect the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door. They still enter the room, even when you have the sign on the door. On one occasion, they entered the room with the sign on the door while I was getting ready in the bathroom. I was half naked. The staff apologized, but I was deeply embarrassed.

Excellent location a mere 15-minute walk from the historic center. Small but clean, modern room. Spic and span underground parking. Very reasonable price for both. Friendly, helpful staff.

Overall, it was great! Surprising, though, that we couldn’t charge the breakfast or drinks to the room. Everything was pay as you go. Room had to be paid entirely up front. That is the reason for 4 stars. However, we would stay here again.

Just to sleep, don't take the breakfast

The location is good, having parking garage attached is great! the building is new so it is not bad. However the bathroom is small, and there is no phone in the room, no iron. The breakfast is 15 eur, but the variety is poor.
