Honestly, chose this for location and amenities. I requested an early check-in and the front staff were completely acommodating. However, when I arrived there was a sign stating the pool and hot tub were out of service, literally the one thing I really wanted. The receptionst stated "well you should have asked", not happy. Then my water was lukewarm for showering. For the cost of stay, beyond disappointed, will definitely choose another play next time.

Unsure??

It was a very cold weekend. We arrived at 4pm to check in. Our room was only 8C. The hallway on the second floor was also very cold. Fortunately we were able to crank up the heat and leave for a supper reservation. Fire alarm went off at 1:30 am. My husband went to check at front desk. No fire that they were aware of, but water sprinkler line burst in the front entrance setting off the fire alarm. Didn’t get much rest. Left next morning at 9am.
