Decent for a Short Stay We stayed one night and it was fine for a quick stop. Check-in was easy, and the room was decently clean. It had a fridge with a little freezer, which was convenient. The pillows were quite small and not very comfortable. Breakfast was average. A big plus was the location—right next to China Liang's Buffet, which was excellent. Probably wouldn’t stay for a longer trip, but it worked well for a night.

They acknowledged (proudly!) that they do not read e message through Expedia. Almost we had to cancel Expedia reservation and find somewhere else, as pet could not stay, because they didn’t read my “I have a pet” message prior to check-in.

At checking in , a sign at front desk telling that the water would be shut off starting at 8am the following morning . This meant no flushing toilets or washing up , if we had know this prior to booking or checking we would not have stayed there . Plus the first room they assigned to us reeked of smoke . We’ve been dedicated customers and have stayed at this location for decades . Very disappointed. They didn’t even offer a discount for the inconvenience

I would have given an average rating if I had not been ignored 3 times for housekeeping. I was there for a week, and housekeeping never visited my room once, despite 3 requests to simply have garbage emptied and new soaps. There was also an overpowering room perfume fragrance that gave me a headache and I could taste it in my mouth as i slept.
