Close to the casino and restaurants to walk too. Nothing spectacular, but clean and comfortable with nice staff. Parking is limited.

Very disappointed staying

The staff at the reception was honestly not welcoming at all. I arrived at 10 pm in a hostile and unwelcoming place with jugement looks. We are on a business trip and I visit several hotels per months for work and this if from far the worst hospitality service I have received. The only friendly person I saw was the cleaning lady at the 4th floor. And the two ladies from the cafe. The room has lamps that don't work. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The hotel is conveniently located. Price isn’t bad. They do not offer daily housekeeping. I asked twice to get some hand soap and shampoo and we never received it. Rooms were clean and spacious.

I have good experience of staying in other Quality Inn locations but the experience with this particular location was terrible even on soap/shampoo etc for taking shower which was informed to front desk with pictures.

Girl at reception was very nice and helpful. Check-in was quick and easy. Room was spacious and quiet and bed was comfortable. Good value for money and will definitely return. City construction is a nuisance but not the fault of the hotel.

We tried to stay here. The roads are all blocked off around the property for construction. Couldn't find anywhere to park or where the front door to the hotel was. Contacted hotel and was told to park in their lot across the street which meant walking with my young children and our belongings around the construction, and try to find the front door. Asked for a refund so we could find somewhere more accessible and family friendly to stay and they refused. When contacting the front desk, the person working asked me to hold and put the receiver down. I listened to him for half an hour check in people who I watched walk past me on the street and talk about football with my crying toddler in the backseat. All around, terrible experience. Maybe when the construction is cleared up it would be ok but not worth the headache right now.
