Our original room had a soaking wet carpet with unidentified stains on it. We asked for a different room and the staff was very friendly and moved us right away. The second room had more carpet stains but was at least dry. The bathroom was not very clean. Very noisy as there might have been a tyrannosaurus Rex staying in the room above us. We won’t stay here again.

Very clean, comfortable beds, the suite had everything we needed in the kitchen, pool area very clean and the hot breakfast was excellent, along with the employee working there that made sure we had all that we needed!

Really great value for price point! Room was large and renovated. Usually rooms have 1 chair. This room had 1 chair plus 2 seating cubes. The counter across the room was the longest I’ve ever seen! Enough space to put one suitcase on the one provided suitcase holder plus one suitcase on the counter. Also the room had a little container with clean wipe rags under the microwave. I’ve never seen that and super helpful for eating in room. Bathroom had good water pressure and there were bath and body works products in the bathroom for use. Walkability is incredible with really good restaurants and shopping within 5 minute walk… Olive Garden.. Mr Mikes plus plus plus. Hotel has pool and work out area but did not use.. but looked great. Plus there’s an on-site spa and coffee shop. We paid $115 all in. And that included free full breakfast. Would absolutely stay here again. Staff really friendly and care about your experience. It makes a difference.
