Good food selection for the three mornings we ate at the hotel. Cleanliness of the rooms, bathrooms, eating area was first rate. Wi-Fi worked well and connecting to it was easy. Things that could have been better included a larger toilet that was 16 to 7 inches high rather than 14 inches and one with an oval bowl rather than a round one. The queen beds in our room were rather firm and not very comfortable. Other than that we were quite satisfied with the accommodations.

Have stayed here before. Usually a favourite. Fridge had a few war wounds, not sure what happened there as did the blackout blinds. Coffee cups were inadequate for the room. Free breakfast is above average. Staff is nice. Not a fan of the constant notifications the property sends before you check in, during the stay and to ask you when you’re checking out. A turn off from a property I quite like.

We booked with this hotel bc of the 9 out of 10 rating. We arrived with 45 mins till check in and told our room was not cleaned yet so we had to wait. Which that was fine but when we did go into the room it had mold around shower, some type of liquid stains on bed skirt, room darling shade had many cuts all over, fabric over cushion in chair was so stretched it could of had two cushions to fit, bed was uncomfortable and didn’t hold the height when sat or laid on. It was broken down. I felt the 9 out of 10 was not accurate. Landscaping outside was unkept.

It was not worth the money. We checked in and was told nothing about breakfast. Bathroom was unclean. Tub had hard water build up. Beds looked broken. Not made very well. Very noisy. No black out curtains. The air conditioner blew the sheer blinds into the bed while we were sleeping. I had to get up and try to stick the curtains in the window then close it to get some rest.
