Wonderfully Appointed 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath Townhome centrally located between Lewes and Rehoboth Beach. Come enjoy all of what Lower Delaware has to offer; Bay Beaches, Ocean Beaches, Cape Henlopen State Park, Shopping as well as Dining at some of the Best Restaurants in the area. The attached garage will be helpful in securely storing your bicycles, beach chairs, and surfboards. This property is situated at the back end of one of the areas nicest par 3 golf courses if you care to take in a match. There is also a Community Pool for afternoon relaxation. A beach caddy (on wheels) with umbrellas and two beach chairs are provided for your use. The community of Heritage Village is restricted to a minimum of 7 days per rental.
