Attractively decorated and immaculately maintained condo combines the charm of the old (high ceilings, tall windows, crown molding, and deep surbases) with the efficiency and convenience of the new (completely remodeled kitchen with tile floor and tile bath, porcelain tub with shower). OCEAN VIEWS are available from their sizeable screen porch with a table and four chairs for eating out; the kitchen is fully stocked with glasses, dishes, flatware, pots and pans, an electric coffee maker, and a coffee bean grinder.
Even though we are on the ocean block and on the main level, our condo is quiet in a family-friendly area with tax-free boutiques, restaurants, plenty of bike rental shops, and Fun Land. You can park your car and never use it the whole week unless you want to shop at the many excellent, tax-free Tanger Outlets on Rt. 1, approximately five miles from the condo.
LOCATION: Ocean block on Hickman Street. Only a few homes from the beach!
PARKING: Off-street parking for one car.
AMENITIES: Outdoor shower with hot and cold water, shared washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi, and parking for one car. Additional amenities include four beach chairs, sand toys, a Blue Ray player, a radio sound System with a CD player and streaming capability, games, books, videos, and magazines for those rainy days.
THINGS TO KNOW: The 199.99 processing fee is non-refundable in the event you cancel. One dog is permitted with a pet fee. Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a rental program for guests. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
