House overall very clean. Filters dirty had to replace. Previous tenants left the grill a mess. Curb appeal could use some work. The rest of the house looked great. Nicely decorated. Garage had pool and beach supplies. Host was quick to respond when contacted Clubhouse pool was great. Overall would recommend to others.

Great Location

This is a wonderful location. Love the community pool. House is spacious and clean and has everything you need. Super quick drive to the boardwalk, beach, Cape Henlopen, Ferry, etc…We would stay here again!

Our family vacation Rehobeth Beach 2024

Had a great time loved the house ! Plenty of room ! And it was great we were able to bring our dogs ! The host was very easy to communicate with if we go back we would stay there again !
