Haus, Betreuung, Gegend 1A!

Alles tipptopp, sehr gute Informationen durch Vermieter vorab, sehr gute Betreuung vor Ort organisiert, das Haus ist 1A ausgestattet, Küche mit allem, was das Hobbykochherz begehrt, die Lage am Ortsrand ist (bis auf eine temporäre Baustelle) sehr ruhig, Aussicht über Reit und auf den Wilden und den zahmen Kaiser. Wandermöglichkeiten direkt vom Haus aus oder mit wenig Fahren in der Umgebung, reichlich Outdoor Activities (Rafting, Canyoning/Gumpenwandern, Paragliding u.v.m.).

Großzügiges Ferienhaus mit vermieteter Einliegerwohnung

Bei dem hier gezeigten Objekt handelt es sich um das Ferienhaus Waldeck am Ortsrand von Reit im Winkl. Das Ferienhaus liegt Einzelstehend weit weg von anderen Häusern, hat aber eine vermietete Einliegerwohnung, die meist nur am Wochenende belegt ist (im Bild der Balkon im EG, darüber mit Balkon ein Schlafzimmer und die Küche der Ferienwohnung). Zur Lage: Ortsrand bedeutet hier nicht unbedingt Ruhe. Da "hinter" diesem Objekt noch viele andere Häuser zu erreichen sind, sich zu unserer Zeit dort dann auch noch eine Großbaustelle befand und die Fenster nicht wirklich schallisolirend sind kann es doch lauter sein als man sich vielleicht gedacht hat. Auch an die "30" auf dieser Strasse, steil den Berg hoch, hält sich kaum jemand. Under der Verkehr geht schon um 6 Uhr los. Aber andererseits liegt das Haus wirklich direkt am Wald, auf den anderen Seiten umgeben von sehr viel Wiese, direkt am Wander,- und Radweg. Unmut kam schon bei der Buchung auf, als eine bereits durchgeführte Buchung von uns durch den Vermieter storniert wurde und ein deutlich höherer Preis aufgerufen wurde. Dafür hat man und die Kurtaxe erlassen... Was uns auch negativ aufgestoßen ist war die deutliche Verschleierung der Tatsache, dass für Bettwäsche (und das Beziehen oben drauf) sowie für Handtücher extra bezahlt werden sollte. Die Tatsache, dass die obligatorische Endreinigung vor Ort in Bar (wie viel darf ich hier nicht schreiben, ist aber deftig) auch noch zu bezahlen war, lasse ich hier mal für sich selbst sprechen. Die Ferienwohnung selbst war ok, über vier Stockwerke verteilt mit viel Platz zum Zurückziehen. Den Kachelofen haben wir nicht ausprobiert, aber die vielen Balkone und die Terrasse mit den Gartenmöbeln im Untergeschoss mit den Aussichten doch sehr genossen. "Bestausgestattet" ist so eine Sache. Das Haus insgesamt scheint etwas in die Jahre gekommen zu sein. Die Essecke ist doch recht dunkel, und die Spülmaschine und die Waschmaschine pfeifen beide wohl auf dem letzten Loch. Und in der Küche liegt ein Zettel, auf dem bedauert wird dass der Trockner neben der Waschmaschine defekt sei...Der Trockner war jedoch nicht mehr zu sehen. Microwelle ist auch nicht. Fernseher und CD-Anlage haben wir nicht gebraucht, dafür haben wir uns über das (im Vergleich langsame) Wlan gefreut. Die Vermieter haben uns dann aber kostenlos noch große Betttücher (durchgehend große Matratzen!) und einige Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt
