Difficult Check-in

Difficulty with check in. Key Codes not sent until after noon. We had problems with our cell service so didn’t get email. Phone call didn’t go through. Had to stop at a restaurant to use their WiFi ti get email to get in. Email should be sent earlier in the morning. Opened Windows for air in room, but people were smoking at front door to Hotel and smoke came into our room several times, even at 6 am!
