WiFi included, household linen provided (sheets and towels), dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, the apartment is fully equipped for your comfort!

Housing :
After climbing the 4 floors that lead to the apartment, you can enjoy the bright and attic living room. The layout and furnishings have been optimised to make it functional and pleasant.
Particular attention has been paid to the decoration in connection with its name, the Ao.

The main room has a lounge area with armchair, sofa bed and TV, a small desk to work if necessary and a fully equipped kitchen area: oven, Nespresso coffee maker, microwave, hotplates, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher, washing machine and basic kitchen utensils.

In the room, you will find a very comfortable double bed.
The bathroom has a bathtub and washbasin.

Very close to the city centre, the apartment is ideally located in Rennes. Shops, restaurants and public transport are nearby.
