A staircase leads to the 4 bedrooms, the 2nd Bathroom with toilet, shower & bath tub, upstairs. The house is located 650m from the Baltic Sea beach and about 15 minutes walk from the city center, which offers you an optimal mix between tranquility and proximity to attractions.
