3-level Modern Villa with Harmonious Garden

The villa is situated in Adele village, just 15 minutes away from the scenic city of Rethymnon. It is set on an estate at the entrance to the village, all surrounded by olive groves.

Following modern architectural principles, the three-level villa contains 180 sq.m. of space and can accommodate up to 6 guests.On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with fireplace, an open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen, a dining room and a WC. The living room has access to a veranda that is furnished by a six-seater table set for dining al fresco.

On the first floor, there are three bedrooms. Two of them have double matrimonial beds and the third one is a twin. Special care has been taken for the mattresses which are all of natural materials and can be used both sides: one side made by natural latex that makes it extra soft and the other one with an anatomic memory technology that allows the mattress to adjust to your position and wrap you gently and comfortably. One of the bedrooms has access to a big terrace with wonderful views of the surroundings, shaded by a wooden pergola, and furnished with a relaxing couch. The other two bedrooms have access to balconies. On the first floor, there is also a bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub and relaxing low backlight.

The basement houses the utility space with a shower bath and a washing machine.

All furniture is carefully chosen in accord to the contemporary style of the villa while the special design has been made for all interior and exterior lighting of the space with low, hidden backlight to promote relaxation and calmness.

All spaces of the villa are air-conditioned and free wi-fi access is provided everywhere. The villa is also equipped with satellite TV, safe box, dishwasher and a washing machine. A baby cot is also provided if needed free of charge.

The exterior of the villa includes a pool area, with deck chairs and a sun umbrella around it. Grass surrounds the pool, while roses, cypresses, jasmines, lemon and orange trees form a welcoming garden. At one of its corners, there is also a stone-built barbeque, ideal for perfect home-made meals.

The villa also offers a private open-air parking with an automatic-opening-system gate.
