We stayed only one night in transit to Golden. The property is reasonably well-maintened. Reasonably clean. Well located and easy to find. All check-in and out done online. No contact with any staff so impossible to say about staff services. TV was unworkable and only managed with difficulty to see one channel.

Not Terrible, But Could Have Been Better

An older place that could use some upgrading. I had a room near the end of the building, and the intake for my fan unit was mere feet from the smoking area, meaning all of the cigarette smoke came directly into my room. I asked if the cigarette barrel could be moved, and they obliged, but by the end of the day it was back under my intake. The fridge was on the coldest setting and I couldn't find a way to change it, freezing several cans of soda to the point that they exploded. Overall, felt safe as a solo traveler, which is always nice, and it was fine for the price.

It was a good stay. The room was nice and clean and quite big. There is lots of parking and in walking distance to many places. There is a train close by but with ear plugs that I always bring to hotels it was fine. I realized there was no phone to contact front desk when kids were running down the hall screaming late at night which was disappointing. There were also no hooks or shelves to hang up shower towels which was weird but otherwise a great hotel to stay at. Will stay again!
