Super clean. Very spacious suite. Very comfortable beds with crisp clean bedding. Plenty of clean towels. Big tv. Excellent hotel, looked relatively new. Had a problem with room door not locking which was fixed immediately. Roof top hot tub a great bonus (closed Tuesdays). Train track runs past hotel and can be very noisy- but didn’t bother us much (there are earphones in the room!)

Room was clean and quiet. However, there was no phone in the room and no way the person at the welcome desk could set up a wake-up call for us. Also, the TV was on when we arrived but it was not hooked up to anything so wasn't of any use.

Clean, updated rooms. Although downtown Revelstoke is not walkable from the North winds, there are some good alternatives in walking distance at the nearby small mall. Good healthy options at "Bowl'd.

5⭐️ Absolutely Beautiful Hotel

The room was large and spacious. Extremely clean. Lots of towels and loved the brand of toiletries. Loved the hottub on the roof patio. So wonderful to sit in it and see the mountains. Free coffee and tea anytime of day. Absolutely amazing and wonderful. I will definitely stay here again when passing through and may stay longer because of this beautiful hotel. Definitely 5⭐️ out of 5⭐️

I would give this property 8 out 10. The room was like a suite. Nice and spacious, tv in the living room and one in the bedroom. Quite dark though, and the trains were thunderous throughout the night. One time the room shook and woke me out of a dead sleep. I did find two black hairs in the bathroom sink upon arrival. My biggest disappointment with this place was with the guy at the front desk. I found him to be rude and unwelcoming. Sorry I interrupted whatever weird thing it was that you were watching on the tv across from the checkout desk. My other disappointment was that the group of cleaning staff were very noisy yelling to each other from a distance and in a group. Seemed to be all new immigrants, not friendly, and unwelcoming. Look at you like you have two heads. Management should tell them it’s okay to smile.

This property is very close to the train tracks, so we could hear them coming through at night when the A/C unit was turned off. When on, it was able to cover that noise. The sound transfer between floors and rooms was quite loud too—I could hear voices and footsteps very clearly from the room above ours. Being on the ground floor, we also wanted some privacy when the curtains were open, but there were only blackout curtains, no privacy/sheer curtains, so we couldn't have natural light during the day, and with the black walls, the lighting was quite dim. The space was really nice, having the couch and table was so great for what we needed. Beds were fairly comfortable too. I just wish the lighting and noise levels were better. The location was pretty good (minus the proximity to the trains) as we could take back roads into town. All things considering, I wouldn't stay here again.
