There was a short delay in checking in. The problem became clear when we went to the assigned room and found it occupied. This problem was quickly resolved by the desk clerk and we got a nicer room elsewhere in the hotel. Thanks.

My family like it because it's accessible to Tims, Mcdo etc. Staff are accomodating, cleanlines 5/10, no elevator its hard to bring all the stuff most specially if you have kids and swimming pool is cold.

Not much to say. 1 pillow per person and the bathroom had an empty bottle of conditioner. The pool is cold and the breakfast is basic. Paid $300 so I expect more than what I experienced. Had way better experience for 200 and less elsewhere. I will not stay here on future trips.

The breakfast was terrible. It was the first time I have seen paper plates at a hotel breakfast. The waffles were premade and stayed cold even after going through the warmer twice. There were very few options to choose from. The breakfast place was small and seemed overcrowded. I wasn’t able to move my chair back without almost hitting the person behind me.
