In the heart of Southwold, this gem of a holiday home has two secluded patios and a valuable parking space, tucked away in a quiet spot yet just minutes from the beach, pier and town centre, and a secluded patio. Interiors are stylish and spacious; open plan downstairs with two beautiful bedrooms (super king and zip/link SK) on the first floor with the family bathroom.
You’re welcomed into the hallway with the sociable living/dining/kitchen to your left, a cloakroom and stairs to your right.
LIVING/DINING/KITCHEN
An open-plan space, ideal for special times with family and friends.
The living room with its beautiful velvet sofa and footstool, comfy chairs and coffee table, TV and DVD player with a supply of DVDs in the drawers beneath, flows into the light filled dining area.
Units wrap around the kitchen space and central island, housing an electric waist height double oven, five ring hob, built in eye level microwave, massive American style fridge and freezer, Nespresso coffee machine (bring your own standard size pods), toaster, and kettle.
UTILITY ROOM
Giving access to the courtyard and conveniently off the kitchen, this room houses a washing machine, dryer, wine fridge, and gives extra space for your groceries etc.
COURTYARD
Furnished with a table and four chairs, this enclosed courtyard is a great spot soaking up the sunshine and sea air.
CLOAKROOM
Off the hallway and simply fitted with a WC and washbasin.
FIRST FLOOR
Carpeted stairs with a hand-rail rise to the first floor landing.
FRONT BEDROOM
The handsome super king size bed takes pride of place between bedside drawers, with additional storage in a chest of drawers, and large wardrobes with hanging and shelving. A door opens onto the balcony with space to sit with your morning coffee, and there’s a dressing table and chair which could double up as a desk for guests needing to work from home.
BACK BEDROOM
Sitting quietly (other than the seagulls!) at the back of the house, this equally smart bedroom where a super king zip and link bed can be made into a twin if you prefer (be sure to ask in advance please). There’s room for you to unpack and settle in with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside units.
BATHROOM
This chic modern bathroom has both a hand-wand and rain shower heads over the bath with shower screen, a WC, wash basin with drawer beneath, heated towel rail (towels will be supplied for all guests), and natural light.
OUTSIDE
There’s parking for one car on a drive which is at the end of Trinity Close, by a wicker fence giving privacy and a gate opening into the spacious front courtyard which has two outside seating areas for enjoying a meal or simply soaking up the sun.
