The hotel was clean, location brilliant, amazing views, very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean, had everything one needed. (The only negative was the shower - dribbles lukewarm water. I love a hot, pounding shower.) However, I would still recommend this hotel and will stay in this hotel when I return.

The location of the hotel is excellent! My wife and I had a view of the mountains and the water. The mountains in March were still mostly covered with snow so the view was incredible! The hotel is within walking distance of many restaurants, gift shops and the popular tourist areas. The staff was very helpful, friendly and polite. My wife had breakfast there and they had a good selection of breakfast items and the food was good and healthy as well. We had an excellent experience at the hotel and Reykjavik. We would definitely stay there again on our next visit to Iceland!

Absolutely tiny rooms with an almost nonexistent shower. Breakfast is very mediocre with terrible coffee that tastes like it came from a truck stop. If you want them to make you a proper cup of coffee, they charge extra! This hotel should not be rated at 4 stars. The room is 2 stars at best.

Our stay at Center Arnarhvoll for 3 nights was great! Check in and check out were a breeze, we could keep our luggage at the hotel after check out until our airport transfer arrived. Central location made it very walkable for us.

The location was rhe best. Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. The parking was horrific and one spa trip in 7 dats was rediculous. The spa should be available, at least one time a day, if reserved.

We chose to stay here because we stayed here the last time we visited Reykjavik and really liked the hotel. It is well positioned for the centre and the harbour area. It is clean and comfortable and the buffet breakfast is excellent. Bus stop 5 is just across the road so it is also very convenient for trips out of Reykjavik.

This is a very good hotel for any trip to Iceland, we went with our son this time and he loved it specially the breakfast. Nice and quiet in the hotel, so close to everything needed great location.

Well located in walking distance to the harbor and many restaurants and bars. The hot tub and sauna were very nice but the workout area wasn’t much. The rooftop bar/ breakfast area has a beautiful view. The hotel rooms itself were pretty basic and not much room to put bags.
