When you step into the hotel, the carpet was pretty dirty. The room is really small and has a weird smell. Overall experience is not that pleasant.

The staff were very friendly. I would suggest they have more staff available when cruises are embarking and disembarking. The two young ladies were overwhelmed by guests checking in and checking out simultaneously. Great location for dining, shopping and sightseeing.

Location for everything in the city is perfect. The staff were great and we were very lucky to get a parking space from the 6 available. Our only issue was the temperature of the room. During the day, it was roasting, and only by late evening was it just about ok to be comfortable for sleeping. I would say we could have opened the windows, but being on the 6th floor, they were locked shut.

Good hotel right by the water staff was helpful place was sparkling clean. Breakfast in the morning was exceptional and the view from the sky lounge where the breakfast is served is superb.

This property is clean, quiet and in an excellent location! Very enjoyable stay. Rooms are a good size however the bathroom (shower) is very small and when you shower water is all over the bathroom floor but overall everything is very good at this property.

My only issue was the parking. The hotel has parking for guests but did nothing about the unauthorized cars using the limited parking spaces. This was very annoying as street parking at the hotel was very very expensive
