The entire place is asynchronous, you can only communicate through management via email, if you do accidentally run into the staff aka the receptionist (who through our entire week-long trip we only saw once) will be very aggressive with you no matter what- she is rude and demeaning and is somehow surprised when people could possibly misunderstand instructions such as where to place their bags during check-in/checkout. Since the only information you have is an email that is written honestly kind of poorly. you would think staff in hospitality would know better than to talk down to people and treat them like scum.This would have been a four out of five hotel stay, but it's really wonderful how a single experience can turn something all around so unfortunately my rating is much lower than it could have been. I hope she has the day she deserves moving forward. Also PSA: In the instructions, if you say this small black door for luggage is *behind* the reception desk, it should actually be behind it, not in front of it, since we're talking about the hotel being asynchronous, they do take quite a long while to respond to any message. None of the pamphlets nor instructions nor wall postings are up to date. they claim to have daily housekeeping but is they deliver a bag of new supplies such as towels outside of your door there is no "actual" housekeeping happening within your hotel room until you leave your stay
