I do not reccomend this place. There is not much else in the area. The standard room is very small, and the bathroom is worse. The bathroom was not well kept. Moldy grout, stain in tub, craked sink, cracked tile. The tub/shower combo was very, oddly, tall. If you are short or have any trouble with mobility, you may not be able to use it. The staff was off putting and made me feel like I was a burden for being there. The breakfast left much to be desired. Overall i was very disappointed with my stay.

The receptionist are very accommodating. The Hotel has a free breakfast buffet. The hotel also a restaurant next door. The only downside is not enough parking spot next to the hotel.

Loved hot pool and the sauna! They were kind enough to accommodate us and make us a sandwich as our flights left too early to enjoy their included breakfast. Loved the ambience. Wished we could have enjoyed the full stay there!

The property is very gimmicky. It advertises as a viking hotel and the decor is somewhat viking-ish but thats it. No history or information about vikings. There is nothing around the area. You are 20min outside of the city. No shopping or night life. The restaurant was good for dinner but thats about it. I wished i had booked a hotel closer or in the city for our ladt night.

there was some construction being done and blocked some parking it has to be done and not after hours so as good as could be expected staff was great and very helpful and breakfast was good as soon as the building is done I am sure 5 stars across the board

A nice, cozy boutique hotel with hand crafted traditional wood furniture and decoration. The hot tub, though, is rustic without a fancy ambiance. The food at its restaurant Fjörukráin is made with thought to delicate flavors - a pleasure!

The room we received was surrounded by lush greenery but the property itself is a little worn out. The doors were not noise preps and so all noise from the hallway was evident. There were limited gluten free options for breakfast.

The hotel was under construction so parking was very limited especially on a Friday and Saturday nights with the restaurant. We did a a problem with the shower head abut they came and got it fixed. The breakfast was excellent!

Short but nice stay.

Had a nice stay at Hotel Viking. We had 3 of is in the cabin. It had 5 single beds in it. It was very clean and well maintained. There was construction site so that took away from the parking area, the was more parking available but it was further away. We also ate at the restaurant and it was very good.

Very Unique Hotel

This is a very unique hotel with its Viking theme. We stayed in one of the cabins, which were cool and cozy. Beds were a little hard but the bedding was wonderful. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. They are currently adding rooms but the construction didn’t impact our stay at all.
