Centrally located. Despite recent reviews, we found it to be clean and perfect for our needs. Only issue was there were no wash clothes, one towel per person and while the building has 3 clothes washing machines it had no dryers. The owner communicated with us right away when we had a question. Overall a pretty good place to stay.

*DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY* We went through absolute hell and back trying to contact anyone from the property for over 6 months - 0 communication. Do not book. Unclean, dirty pillows, no communication, doesn’t look like pictures, hard parking.

We liked the apartment because we had the comforts of home. We suggest that there be 2 frying pans for cooking. There was only 1 pan. Also instructions on how to use the stove/oven would have been helpful.

Property was really cosy and relaxing. Kitchen with all mod cons and lovely views of Reykjavík. Close to all tourist attractions in the vicinity. Maria has been a brilliant host and was flexible with our check in/check out times.
