Nice place for a central location while in town. Only 2 towels with no face cloth which is weird for 2 adults for 8 nights. I emailed about this but never heard back. All in all a good stay.

Clean but lacking.

Check-in was fine. We could not lower the temperature and the shade in the bedroom did not work. Never found the trash care, nor the Apple Pay work on the trash bins.

Very nice location-within walking distance of the city center and right by bus stop 12. Our apartment was clean and easy to access.Communication with staff was easy and replied promptly! I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay! The SIF Apartment was exactly as described — clean, cozy. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do, and the space had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We truly felt at home and would absolutely book again. Highly recommend!

Our host was very responsive. The apartment was beautiful and spacious. Wish it had more towels, a pan for making eggs, different trash set up. Overall it was comfortable and safe. Very updated and clean

Apt was clean and spacious but lacked sufficient lighting in bedroom. Communication with management was very poor. Lighting in hallway dark upon entering. Decent location..walkable to stores and restaurants. No lobby . Maybe no one on site to talk to in case of issues! Overall 3.5 stars out of 5.

Comfortable apartment, they provided exactly one towel per person regardless of your stay duration, no hand towels, or floor towels. Laundry machine does not work well. There was no microwave, meaning you can’t order take out, unless you are ok with recook the items over stove. The living room sofa bed area does not have blackout curtains. You get day light 24 hours during summer. Parking is hard to find.

Very easy to walk to downtown Reykavik and close to shopping and dining. Could use a fan in the apartment but overall a very good accommodation for our family.

Convenient location, nice apartment, having the washer and dryer was a plus. Check in process was a bit of a challenge as we were given the incorrect building and code information. After 45 min of back and forth we finally got in the apartment. Aside from that, a pleasant stay.

The rooms were much smaller and beds were different than what was pictured. When we got there the coffee provided was not for the machine provided so we had to buy it…also I had to get on a ladder to clean the air vent and also vacuum out the vent from the dryer to turn off the error message.

We had a great stay! The property was spotless, with a well-stocked kitchen and a layout that worked perfectly for four adults. It’s just a 10-minute walk to the downtown area, with plenty of restaurants and a grocery store nearby. It also served as a convenient pickup spot for our excursions. Would definitely stay here again!
