Leider sehr enttäuschend und weit weg dem was man erwartet hat. Die Zimmer waren abgewohnt obwohl sie relativ modern eingerichtet sind. Risse in den Wänden, und dreckig. Einfach unfassbar dreckig. Bettüberwurf fleckig. Haare am Waschbecken, in den Schubladen, an der Dusche. Wurde trotz Reklamation nicht ordentlich geputzt. Langes schwarzes Haar war bis zum letzten Tag an der Duschwand. Uns wurde zwar angeboten am nächsten Tag das Zimmer wechseln zu dürfen aber davon war dann nichts mehr zu hören. Teppiche in den Fluren fleckig,Stolperfallen. Restaurant eher eine Bahnhofshalle. Auch da immer wieder dreckiges Geschirr. Weg zum Strand ganz nett aber ab Stand dann eine Zumutung. Steil. Liegen dann noch gegen Bezahlung. Für alles sollte man quasi extra zahlen. Wirklich nie nie wieder.

A DECONSEILLER, LOIN D'UN 4 ETOILES

On est très loin d'un 4 étoiles ! Décevant dès l'arrivée avec un personnel très peu accueillant et ça s'est confirmé toute la semaine. Cet hôtel est une sorte d'usine pour Allemands uniquement, la restauration est médiocre avec un personnel pressé de vous voir quitter le restaurant, que dis-je, la cantine ! Le petit déjeuner était décevant, les fruits conservés en frigo étaient de mauvaise qualité, le café très mauvais, encore une fois pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles aucune originalité et pas de "show cooking" le snack était composé de pizzas très basiques avec frites congelées et saucisses type knakies ainsi que des biscuits secs ! génial ! pas de salades, pas de petits sandwiches sympas, du très basique, et pour les boissons dans la formule tout inclus ça frise l'escroquerie avec du vin très mauvais et des coktails dans lesquels l'alcool a du s'évaporer avant d'arriver dans le verre... Je n'avais jamais vu une couleur de whisky si pâle et je ne vous parle pas de l'absence de saveur... Concernant la chambre, nous avons du demander à en changer car la baie vitrée était si dégradée qu'on ne voyait pas au travers, sympas pour une "vue mer" !!! Literie plutôt correcte mais très mauvaise insonorisation, j'entendais les voisins comme si ils étaient dans notre chambre, balcon minuscule et sans intimité. Pas de renouvellement de gel douche, leur 2 petits échantillons n'ont pas fait le tiers de la semaine, nous avons du en acheter. Bref, je déconseille ce lieu.

Nja, det finns en hel del att förbättra

Väldigt blandad upplevelse av hotellet i sin helhet. Hotellet ligger i ett fint område, nära hav och centrum av kolymbia. Servicen skiljer sig väldigt. De som jobbar i barerna är väldigt trevliga(extra eloge till Maria) men personalen i restaurangen är inte lika serviceinriktade. Vi missade sluttiden för att äta lunch idag(och var där 14:05) och bad om att få ta banan till barnen så de fick i sig något innan snackbar öppnade men det fick vi inte. Öppettiderna för lunch och snackbar etc är snålt tilltagna. Lunch 12-14 och snackbar 15:30-16:30. Mat (och efterrätter) är för det mesta ganska smaklösa. Vi hade ett vanligt dubbelrum med utbäddad soffa. Hotellets rum är i okej skick, bra städade och städerskan var trevlig. Finns inget vatten vid ankomst till hotell och de tar extra betalt för väldigt mkt. Mkt i baren ingår ej i all inklusive och vid stranden betalar du för solbädd och parasol etc. Poolområdet: Alldeles för få solstolar. Stor pool, lagom djup. Några ivriga livräddare är dock överdrivet hårda med vad man kan göra och inte i badet. Kändes bra överdrivet även om jag förstår att det handlar om säkerhet. Sunmering: Hotellet lever inte upp till 4 stjärnor. Maten är inte särskilt skoj och det är mkt som kostar extra utöver all inklusive. Servicen är oerhört ostabil. Några i personalen är guld och några är otrevliga och är inte alls serviceminden. Att uppskatta: Poolen är bra och stor, även rutschkanorna.

+ Fint sted. Nydelig hage. Enkel tilgang på både basseng og strand. Alltid ledige solsenger. God og variert mat vi hadde 12 dager med all inclusive og det var alltid noe nytt å finne. Det må være helt fantastisk for småbarns familier. Masse aktiviteter for små barn. Fantastiske, hjelpsomme, blide og hyggelige ansatte over alt. -har ikke noe særlig minus å komme med. Men hvis jeg skal pirke, så kan de godt ta vekk teppet i gangen inn til soverommene. De var flekkete og stygge. Showet på kvelden kunne vært bedre for de voksene. (Barnas mini disco hver kveld var veldig bra) Også at man ikke fikk kaffe til lunsj og middag inne i matsalen. Da måtte man gå til baren. Det var synd. For det var masse god dessert som hadde smakt bra med en kopp kaffe ved siden av;)

Restaurant hat leider wenig Charme, draußen sitzt man aber hervorragend. Essen könnte mehr landestypisches bieten, war aber immer ausreichende Auswahl da auch lecker. Personal sehr nett und aufmerksam, gepflegter Pool. Zimmer schön, leider waren die Betten für uns zu weich. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis hat gepasst. Über 4 Sterne lässt sich streiten.

Keine Empfehlung meinerseits.

Soweit alles im Rahmen, aber "all inclusive" ist ein Witz: Keine Minibar, kein Wasser fürs Zimmer, alles mögliche kostet Aufpreis: Klimaanlage auf dem Zimmer, Tresor auf dem Zimmer, paar Stunden später auschecken... alles kostet Aufpreis. Klar, teure Spirituosen sind meist nicht im Preis, hier kostet auch ein Espresso an der Poolbar. Ich habe mich gewundert, dass die Bettwäsche im Preis enthalten ist. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Essen war okay, aber auch nicht mehr. Klare Empfehlung: Wer sich nicht mit billigen Getränken aus dem Pappbecher vollaufen lassen möchte, nimmt besser ein Hotel nahe einem Ort und genießt die griechischen Tavernen. Da ist das Geld besser investiert.

Henkilökunta ystävällistä, eritoten ohjelmaa järjestävät tytöt ansaitsevat kehuja. Koko perhe tykkäsi. Ruoka oli makoisaa ja vaihtuva illallinen erinomaista. Huoneet siivottiin siisteiksi joka päivä , ainut miinus oli että huoneen ilmastointi toimi vain lisämaksusta . Miljöö hotellissa kaunis. Kaiken sai hotellin alueelta jos ei halua poistua alueelta. Myös hotellissa oleva kauppa oli runsas valikoimainen ja halpa . Keskusta ihan vieressä. Auton vuokraus hotellista luotettavaa.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut geführt und Personal (stets freundlich und hilfsbereit und man sieht das sie die Arbeit gern machen), wie Sauberkeit lassen keine Wünsche offen. Die Anlage ist einige Jahre alt, aber man merkt dass sie ständig renoviert und auf den aktuellen Stand gehalten wird. Für 4* (Touristenregion) absolut angemessen. Das Essen ist vielfältig und täglich frisch. Die Getränke landestypisch. Wir waren als Familie mit Kleinkind da und egal was wir gemacht haben, es wurde immer für die Kinder gesorgt und das Angebot (von Spielplatz, über Minigolf, Gokart bis hin zu Kinderbetreuung) war einfach da. Es waren auch wirklich viele Familien mit kleinen Kindern da, sprich wir sind offensichtlich nicht die einzigen die das so sehen.

Hotel con servizi eccellenti, c'è davvero tutto ciò che serve. Noi eravamo 2 adulti con 2 bimbi piccoli, abbiamo passato una piacevole vacanza. Spiaggia raggiungibile dall'hotel comodissima, occorre segnalare però che l'ombrellone ed i lettini sono a pagamento (1 ombrellone 2lettini 10 euro per l'intera giornata). La piscina è grande, la piscina dei piccoli è molto bella, anche se l'acqua è gelida. Ci sono giochi con scivoli ed altalene. Al ristorante si mangia discretamente, cibo un po' ripetitivo, ma in generale abbiamo sempre trovato qualcosa di molto buono. Peccato per i bimbi, che hanno il loro angolo dedicato solo per pranzo. La nota dolente sono state le pulizie in camera, quasi inesistenti..spesso passavano a rassettare durante la cena, asciugamani sporchi tolti ma non sostituiti. Il pavimento era pulito solo nello spazio di passaggio. Al contrario gli spazi esterni sono tutti molto ben tenuto e curati. In generale ci ritornerei per i servizi che offre e la comodità della posizione che permette di raggiungere altre località in breve tempo.
