Villa B is one of 4 free standing, beach front villas which are identical in terms of position, layout and design. Open space, sophisticated interiors and great outdoors, built and equipped to the highest standards. The villas’ grounds reach a beautiful, secluded beach which is accessible through a private path. The beach itself has small pebbles, some shade trees in the back, a true garden Eden. Built side by side on a narrow headland, all villas have full sea view. The distance between the villas ensures absolute privacy concerning sight and sound. Each villa has a private overflow pool right in front of the living room with the sea blending right behind. The villas are accessed from the main road by a private driveway. There is parking space for several cars within each villa's own grounds. This villa (B) is the second nearest to the beach.

needs some attention, has potential but not luxury

Bathrooms need replacing, dangerous pipes sticking out of the floor, water was salty and scummy. More pans needed and cutlery needs replacing. We did not know where to put our rubbish, could have just dumped outside as place looked like a tip. We went as we had a wedding to go to and was late because the fob on the gate didn't work and we had to wait over an hour for someone to come and let us out so that was really disappointing. There were some good points and the villa has potential, if you put right the water and bathroom issues it would be much better. The beds were comfortable and wi fi was very good. We will not return and couldn't recommend in its current condition. The photos and description are very misleading.

Nous avions passé de très très bonne vacances, le lieu est juste magnifique, une villa très agréable, une vue splendide, avec le lever du soleil ce qui est rare, très bien accueilli, Georgio était très aimable, toujours à notre écoute et disponible, merciii Georgio , nous avions eu une plage privée et propre avec des petits cailloux, belle plage. Nous avions terminé notre séjour avec beaucoup de regrets, c’était trop court….😭

Ein ruhiger Flecken Erde

Mit der gebotenen griechischen Gelassenheit eine hervorragende Unterkunft, bei der es gerade abends auch gerne mal windig wird. In Abhängigkeit der Nachbarn aber eine sehr ruhige und erholsame kleine Landzunge, auf der man sich erholen kann. Gerne wieder.

Great location, needs some upkeep

We enjoyed a weeks stay at the house with plenty of space and a beautiful location. The pool was nice, the beach down below beautiful and completely deserted. (Please add extra umbrellas!) The neighbouring houses were occupied when we were there but this didnt bother at all. If you are coming for luxury, this may not meet your standards. I contacted the owners prior to arrival twice and got very quick replies. The caretaker at the property was very helpful as well. We did have problems with the power going out repeatedly in some rooms. But we were there in the hottest summer in 40 years so I guess things were just overloaded. Perfect for a relaxing holiday with family and friends.

Toller Aufenthalt

Für einen ruhigen Familienurlaub ist dies Haus ideal. Sauber und gut ausgestattet. Pooldeck ließ keine Wünsche offen. Auto notwendig aber alles wichtige in der Nähe. Strand ein Traum.
