The hotel is located in the city center, facility is old, the bathroom door is very noisy. Limited resources, they couldn't lend a hairdryer. And when they could there was nobody that could bring it to the room. Lifts take ages to come. The staff on the other hand, do the best to assist you with what they have. The breakfast was good and professional.

Monreale is an old but well-maintained hotel. The staff is very polite and helpful. Breakfast is not the best but it’s worth it for the price I’ve paid. Location is amazing but it takes forever to get your car from the valet parking.

Nice breakfest buffet, but old hotel installations

The hotel shows its age all over the place, the air conditioner is noisy and the bathroom should be maintained better to look as the other hotels from the brand Monreale. The breakfast buffet was very good for the hotel price, and the front desk service was effective (fast check in).

Está ótima, boa localização, ao lado do Pinguim. Quartos limpos. Ressalva que o hotel é antigo e precisa de atualização, mas nada que desabone a estadia.
