Staff at the desk was very good. Efficient. Spoke clearly and easily understood. Jacuzzi was out-of-order and it was the reason I chose the hotel. Desk chair was broken (hydraulic piston caused the seat to drop all the way down when sat upon. No shampoo in shower — only two bottles of conditioner. Could hear road traffic from nearby (very close) interstate traffic. Could hear other people’s TV when my door was closed. Lots of parking, but it was 19°F out and so maybe not many guests. Breakfast was fresh, although not a big selection. Lots of food spilled on floor with no one there to clean it. Hot chocolate was a nice addition to free tea and coffee in lobby. Free cookies and lemon water at reception desk was appreciated. Rooms were big and clean.

The hot water wasn’t working after I checked in on day 1. The hotel is sub-par and in need of better maintenance/upkeep of rooms. The sliding glass door was not plumb which kept the bottom open and water hitting the tile, which was separating from the wall. I can imagine the mold… Alsj they have loads of corrections officers living there for some strange reason. This place is back country ghetto and I hope I don’t have to go back.

My main Takeaway was the extreme kindness the woman at the desk showed us. It was my daughter‘s first check-in and the desk clerk was extremely patient and friendly and made it a good experience for my daughter. I was there for moral support and to educate her on how to do it, but it was seamless.Thank you!
