Property is neat and clean. Parking could be better but for the area and how it is set it was ok. Room was VERY clean and I was impressed. Mattresses were really nice and pillows good quality too. So what made this property miss the excellent mark? No one at the front desk and no bell to call. Breakfast the next morning was supposed to be ready for 6:30. At 7 it still wasn't ready. But the food seemed fresh and was hot. Very small "buffet". It's a continental breakfast that normally would be free with a room. What is fresh made is the eggs, bacon and sausage, and potatoes. Oatmeal, and I think there were grits too. There were other things but most of it was packaged not fresh made. What about the room missed the excellent mark? Not much really. it had a coffee maker and a fridge but no microwave. There could have been a few more towels. There was 1 bathmat and 3 bath towels for two people. I wonder if they realize women need one for their hair and one for their body after a shower. Other than that it was great.

Because of flight delays we were very late getting to the hotel. The front desk clerk was there to open the front door. She quickly got us to our room. The room was clean and comfy. We were able to get a late checkout because I’m a Bonvoy member. It was a great experience.
