I was surprised at how nice looking the room was, it matched the photos on the website. It was clean and quiet and the bed was comfy. Staff was nice and friendly at check in and check out. Only thing I can recommend is in the back parking treat the trees for the yellow jacket activity. On leaving the tree in the middle was swarming with yellow jackets and they were taking over the vehicles and one got in my car while I was driving. Other than this I will stay again and just park in the front instead of the back if possible.

This stay was terrible cockroach on wall when brought to front desk attention he said you want to change rooms i said no as lets be honest if its in one room its on all.Asked for extra towels as they gave us 2 and we had 3 people staying in room and a total of 5 days so needed more then just 3 towels got attidude then when i asked for soap they acted like i was asking for alot they told me to bring bottles down and they would put soap in,Like why do i need to do things to make my stay more comfortable when i was quest. .

Arrived to furniture missing the recliner, end table and a lumpy lousy low to ground bed. The evening man said there was a recliner in storage room. He was lazy and did not want to bring it up to floor 2. Thankfully a WOMAN housekeeper helped and brought to my room HERSELF

I've stayed here 3 times. The first time was not that great. However because of the location I gave them another shot. The experienced was great the second and third time. I look forward to staying again. The lady that works the front desk Ms. Tameeka was amazing. I love her kindness and personality., I definitely want to give her a shout out.
