Things have to be pretty bad for me to write something negative. But when you daughter wakes up with bed bugs on her & hotel staff ignoring do not disturb and touching items that's something NEGATIVE. We had bed bugs crawling all over the sofabed. Had to bag all all clothes because no washing facilities available. Front desk very unprofessional about situation (but kind) couldn't get hold of a manager at all. Hotel was going to put us in lower rate room with one bed for my whole party, got switched to two rooms in the middle of the night. No help offered about items for safety with bugs. We didn't go near either couches but inspected beds with evidence of bugs there or once were. Rooms and public area dirty (toenails in bathroom) no smoke alarm in one room completely off the wall, fridge shelf broken, couldn't adjust thermostat in one room so freezing (snowing outside cold) one room only had rain shower head- clogged up so it jetted every where. The other big thing was on BOTH rooms we had do not disturb, both rooms were entered!!! Items touched!! Told front desk and they said they didn't know anything about it, also asked about a hour late checkout since I am member and they couldn't help as they stated "I only do audits. Pool was freezing. Only one elevator working ,only two luggage carts (stained). Only positive was close to sports center and eating. NEVER AGAIN and I have stayed at some janky places and this was the worst and apparently the manager is never there.

Room could be cleaner. Under the pullout counters, we found a baby bottle a towel and looks like food underneath. We finally got a remote that would work for the TV at the sofa bed. Breakfast was great but when I asked if there was orange juice, she stated no later they finally brought orange juice out an hour later. It was very convenient to the events of SportsCenter, which is where we had to be all weekend
