We had a delayed flight and I called to check in after 12:30 am. They held the room and 3 employees were happily waiting. ( Granted 1 was in training but one remembered our 4 AM check out last week. Since we got to take advantage of all amenities this time, I still highly recommend this hotel. Clean rooms, hallways, elevators, nice pool for laps, good breakfast choices, huge room, comfy bed and pillows, good room temperature, gym with all you need for balanced work out.

No one was at the desk when we arrived. Waited around 10 mins before someone showed up to check us in. Room was dirty. Had food crumbs all over end table, floor and pull out sofa. There were no linens for the pull out sofa and when we asked for them we were given a pile of pillow cases, no sheets, no blanket and no pillow, just pillow cases. Lost power to half of the room and no one was able to fix it. Was told we could either deal with it until maintenance came in the morning or check out. We weren't able to charge our devices, watch TV or have any lights in the bedroom all night. We stayed 2 nights, no one ever came to clean the room or restock toiletries the entire time. Had to keep going to the desk for tp, tissues etc. Overall a terrible stay with awful customer service.

I liked the 2 queen bed and sofa suite. The microwave and refrigerator could have been more steadied. Both were very shakey when using. The handle in bath tub should be at the other end of the tub.

Dirtiest hotel room I’ve ever been in. Couch had stains , smoke burns, ashes. The shower floor was so dirty I wore my sandals like it was a rest stop bathroom. Woke up at 5am and left and slept in my car.

Mouse feces (poop/droppings) inside the pullout bed. Stains on sheets in all other beds. Hair in and in all other beds. Floor extremely sticky and dirty. No sheet set or pillow for pull out bed. Garbage under pullout bed/couch. Business center computer “out if service” and printer did not work. Many broken down cars in parking lot. Many Cars with flat tires and shattered glass in parking lot grounds. 4 towels for 5 people. Smart tv did not work.

We had to leave early and did not try breakfast - our room wasn't ready and we got upgraded - the lady at the front desk was very helpful, and the upgrade still fit our needs perfectly. We were happy with our stay, and may stay again soon. We visited for my husband's surgery at the VA hospital, and we were informed that Choice Hotels offers help to Veterans under these conditions. We intend to check into this for our next stay.

They didn't give us the correct room when we first checked in. We booked a double queen suite, but they gave us a studio king which was kind of a bummer because it meant I had to share the bed with my mother. When I asked them to fix it , they said they had no more rooms even though I made my reservation over a month ago. The next morning , the manager moved us to the correct room , which didn't really make a whole lot of sense , because if they didn't have the room the night before , how come at nine a m , they had it available? Maybe somebody checked out really early? Still, it was pretty upsetting because I paid extra to have 2 Queen.Beds. The only other compensation that I was given for the mistake was that they said I could have late checkout the next day. The food was decent for breakfast. Good hot choices. I got really sick from food poisoning, though, not from their breakfast just to be clear but from a wedding I was attending there in Virginia so I really did use that late checkout , because I was super super sick. Front desk manager was very friendly.
