Stayed for one night after a trip to King's Dominion. Only a short drive from the park to this hotel. Stay was great, everything was very comfortable. My only gripe is that the room is starting to show its age a bit (older TVs, shower needing a paint job, etc.) Would definitely stay again.

Food was not too bad for the breakfast. The lady at the front desk did not know how to get the Wi-Fi working on anybody's phone that I was with. Different cell phone carriers and different models. She told us to call the Wi-Fi company. Very unacceptable. Especially when I had two rooms that I paid for. The jacuzzi was fine, but the pool had way too h chlorine in it. It was very cloudy

Enjoyed the jetted tub and the spacious suite!

Prior to my May 2025 visit, I last stayed here I believe in 2019, and not much has changed. The hotel was great overall and I would stay again and recommend to others. When I arrived, staff was sitting, charging their phone, and I saw this a few more times when coming in during my 2 night stay. I was quickly checked in however and had room 410. There were events nearby, thus quite a bit of police activity, and entrance from other side of road was coned off, so I had to make a U-turn to enter when I first arrived. I had the premium king suite with the jetted tub, which filled quickly, worked well, and was very relaxing after visits to Kings Dominion (10 mins away) and Busch Gardens (an hour away). Loved that the king bed had 5 pillows, was comfortable, and the suite itself was very large and comfortable. Plenty of space! The rainfall shower was nice and had VERY strong water pressure! I did not like that breakfast ends so early, at 9am, so I had to get up early to eat. They did have a good selection of items though, including eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurts, etc. I would definitely stay again, I recommend this hotel to others, and hope to visit again when in the area again some day! For food, I got Q BBQ which was excellent in Glen Allen, and dined at Marco's Italian Restaurant in Ashland, both were excellent!

Room was comfortable and quiet but there was mold in the shower ceiling and no FOX NEWS on the TV. Seriously - NO ONE watches CNN! The shower head had been turned too far to the side and I couldn’t reach it!

This property was petty good. Breakfast was great! The room itself had a few issues, like the curtains weren't hooked properly so didn't close right, the clock wasn't even plugged in, the freezer in the fridge had no door and there was no control to make the unit colder. There isn't alot nearby which was disappointing. TONS of new construction though so maybe stuff is coming.

The room was with a terrible cigar smell we went to the front desk they sent someone to spray and then they put a machine to take away the smell but it worked only for a few hours Previous the front desk offered a smaller room but didn't work for us beacause my daugther had no space or a bed to sleep and all the hotel said all the rooms were occupied it was booking and did not have a choice just stay in the room with a strong smell of cigar we couldnt sleep and my wife and daugther had headaches
