Great stay!!

This is a brand new hotel and a great location off the interstate. The room was very spacious. The beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of pillows but having a couple firm pillows plus the soft would have made this a perfect stay! The breakfast was very good. The staff were very helpful and pleasant.

We were greeted with a smile and it was rather late and we were very surprised at how spacious the room was. It was very clean and very quiet you couldn’t hear doors slamming or people talking in the hallway. We didn’t have time to eat breakfast but our friends said it was very good. We will definitely stay there again next year.

New hotel but going downhill rapidly

Stayed for one night last November and one night in March. First time, everything OK - this time, not so much. Bathroom toilet was loose and rocked side to side. Fire alarm went off at 5:10 am for no apparent reason. I mentioned this to the desk clerk that morning when we checked out and she was unapologetic and quite surly.

Disappointing

This hotel came up top of the list using the "pet friendly" filter, so we booked as my friend has a service dog. They informed us second day that they were NOT Pet Friendly, demanded either certified proof our dogs were Service dogs or pay a $50 damage fine. I showed the manager on my phone doing a search with "pet friendly" filter and their hotel came up first on the list, she insisted sonething was wrong with my filter, that they were setup on your site as not being pet friendly. We saw 3 other dogs there that were not service dogs. Also the lobby and halls had a very strong, perfumy odor which gave my friend a migraine headache and upset stomach. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Beds were comfortable, nice, clean, newer place. Receptionist at check-in was unkind, not the least bit friendly.

We stayed one night. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman in the breakfast room. He went out of his way to see that guests had everything they needed. Additionally, he offered to make us eggs over medium and loaded has browns, which were yummy😋 We didn't have a car so getting around on an icy, snowy night was a bit limited. There are a good choice of restaurants around though if you have a car and, I managed to find a Culvers and McDonalds, which are feet away from the hotel. Finally, the rooms are huge and clean. We would definitely stay again if we return to the area.

This place was fairly new. It was extremely clean and smelled clean which we truly appreciated. Our room was very nice and the bed was so comfortable. The staff was very friendly, and polite. The only downfall that we found was the water pressure.. it was awful. The shower wasn't cleaned thorly, (there was hair in the shower) but we always go in and wipe everything down before we touch anything, anyway. I would definitely recommend this place though. Nice, quiet, clean and comfy..

This was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms were large and the beds were extremely comfortable. I will stay there again if I’m in that area.
