This was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms were large and the beds were extremely comfortable. I will stay there again if I’m in that area.

Comfy clean stay in Richmond

Enjoyed our 3 day stay. Breakfast was good and offered a variety of food and fresh fruit. We didn't care for the pillows on the bed, but everything else was excellent.

A very COMFORTable stay!

Everything was clean and on-par with what we expected. Breakfast was a good variety, and the serving area was spotless, very well taken care of. Front desk was super-responsive and courteous. Would stay again. Thanks!

It matters

Beautiful, clean, comfortable hotel. When I filter on hotels.com I expect to see and enjoy what I filter for. Once again, wanted a pool and this one said it had one. Checked in and front desk said pool was unavailable. Not very happy about that, but enjoyed our stay anyway. Breakfast was nice too.

Absolutely would recommend

Check in was easy, the hotel is lovely. Very clean and welcoming. Our room was massive and a great respite from a long day of traveling. The beds were soft - sheets incredible (vs papery and rough). Breakfast was included and tasted great plus there was a gentleman making sure guests had what they needed. Only minor things I noticed: the smell they pump in for their signature aroma or cleaning was a bit strong in the lobby, the music in the hallways could have been turned down a bit (but couldn’t be heard in the rooms so not a big issue), and the pillows are all super squishy which not every guest likes (I love but my husband hates). All those though were super minor and not at all deal breakers for us! 10/10 would recommend and we will seek out Comfort Suites when we travel where possible.
