Property is under renovation. Noise was not an issue during our 1 night stay but could see where it might be if we stayed longer. Breakfast was ok. Room was clean but reno on the ground and other floors made the place look messy and unfinished. Had only warm water when it was shower time.

The biggest disappointment was that after a long day of driving, the reason we booked this hotel was because of the pool for the kids to enjoy but they were SO disappointed that it was closed for renovations. This was not listed anywhere when booking, so if you care about the pool, inquire first. Otherwise the room was mostly clean (a dead bug on the carpet, crumbs on the sofa bed). Front desk staff were excellent and so kind. Location was perfect, right off I95.

Thanksgiving away from home trip

An extended stay over Thanksgiving to see friends. The property was nice but had some places under construction. The pool was out of order and that was a small disappointment . Overall April at the front desk was lovely and helpful with a good sense of humor!

No hot water at night. Took forever to get hot water. Then again no hot water in the morning. Couldnt take shower. Told the front desk on the way out. She said “oh”. No apologies or anything. I go to Richmond area for biz quite often. Never going back to this hotel again.

Stayed here for the night for a quick rest stop on our drive up from Florida. The front desk woman was very welcoming and nice. Our room was clean and comfy. Large walk-in shower. I also had my dog with me and the area outside was perfect for her. There were a couple of places to grab a quick bite around the hotel as well. Overall, would definitely stay here again.
