Desk staff were not particularly helpful or friendly and gave confusing info about what Was considered room attending. We were ASKED upon check in if we wanted room to be serviced and I said yes. We were there three nights. When it had not been served by last day we asked about it and were told there was no service and if I wanted towels I had to come to front desk. Which I did. This was not same person who checked us in. The staff taking care of breakfast and rooms were wonderful and helpful. Needed a fresh bath mat and upstairs worker who was cleaning another room gave me one. Pool was NOT heated. Perhaps tell people that. Pool room was freezing.

We traveled out of state for a wedding and stayed at this property. It was very clean and in a quiet, nice area. It has several small shopping and dining options around. Every single member of the staff was kind and friendly, going above and beyond to make our stay amazing. I would stay here over and over again.

Property is under renovation. Noise was not an issue during our 1 night stay but could see where it might be if we stayed longer. Breakfast was ok. Room was clean but reno on the ground and other floors made the place look messy and unfinished. Had only warm water when it was shower time.

The biggest disappointment was that after a long day of driving, the reason we booked this hotel was because of the pool for the kids to enjoy but they were SO disappointed that it was closed for renovations. This was not listed anywhere when booking, so if you care about the pool, inquire first. Otherwise the room was mostly clean (a dead bug on the carpet, crumbs on the sofa bed). Front desk staff were excellent and so kind. Location was perfect, right off I95.
