This is my new favorite lodging

This stay was for a family visit and as a Hilton Honors member, this was a convenient location. I was very surprise at the service offered for the price point and the pleasantness of the room. This was my third stay at this location and it will be my go to spot when ever I visit Family in Richmond.

Comfy decent stay

Comfy pillow top mattress for the king bed. Nice glass shower with very warm water. A microwave and fridge were nice to have. Ice machine nearby. Only cons would be the loud highway being right there and no access to Netflix, etc. (without the HDMI stick), if u have a stick- bring it because it’s only cable tv otherwise.

I informed the hotel of my late arrival, 2:00 am, and they had are key ready and waiting. A quick ID check and I was on my way with my complementary snack bag.

The pool and gym were a nice change of pace. The room was not ready nor made up my entire stay; there was no food left at breakfast and was not replenished one hour into the time; power went out several times; room key stopped working several times on my room Door as well as the pool and gym. Hampton Inns are usually on point, though this one was a disappointment. I will skip this one the next time I’m in town.

The room was extremely clean and well stocked. I love the liquid soap by the sink for washing my hands. The bed was comfortable. The quantity and location of outlets for my electronics was superior and conveniently located throughout the room.

Everything was good for the most part, my only complaint is the rooms could do with some better soundproofing. Anytime anyone was in the halls you could hear everything very loudly. Just the door being sealed better would probably fix this

The property was clean. The hallway carpet is ugly and appears old and dirty. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful especially with the kids. Would definitely stay there again.
