When I got to my room on check in a house keeper let herself in as I was unpacking. Room was not serviced during my stay, bed was not made or towels refreshed.

Only one elevator worked, room was not terribly clean, breakfast was really below average and overpriced. Pillows were not good and bed was somewhat lumpy. Not many machines in the gym. Overall the hotel was very “mid“ at best.
