Pool was kinda gross, stuff floating in it. Hot tub was broken... Was looking forward to that after a 5 hour drive and paying double the money over a hotel that didn't have one 😡
My room's shower leaked, had brown stains in it (what I hoped were just hard water stains). Floor in the bathroom had significant water damage. Tiles were popping off when you walk on them. Toilet had obviously leaked all over at some point judging by the janky caulk job at the base of the toilet.
The facility seemed run down a bit. Missing ceiling tiles and what appears to be mold and leakage in the hallway just past the lobby.
Despite all the issues, the hotel was safe, the bed was clean, comfy and quiet. I got a decent night's sleep (which is most important). The hotel had good coffee and a good breakfast buffet even though it's over priced. Be sure to buy the voucher/upgrade for $5 a person or it will cost you $16 each if you end up paying at the hotel.
The staff were pleasant and tried to compensate for the room by giving me free snacks.
My experience overall was just "ok". Probably wouldn't come back to this hotel or recommend it if you got other options. If you're in a pinch a need and need a spot to crash, then this will do just fine.
