For starters, as we approached the elevator the huge mat in front of it was filthy. Not a good sign. The dishwasher in the room made beeping noises every two minutes for our entire one-night stay. The woman from the desk came up but she didn’t know what to do. The large window shade was full of holes, unraveling along the edges, unable to be raised in the morning and not long enough to reach the window sill and therefore unable to conceal the lights from the shopping center at night. The breakfast was mediocre. The oatmeal was like cement.
On the plus side, the bed was firm and comfortable, the bathroom was very nice and the women at the front desk were very sweet.
