My stay was extremely disappointing due to multiple issues that should never occur at any hotel. To start, the room was not properly cleaned. When I went to turn on the HVAC unit, I noticed the vents were dirty and dusty—clearly overlooked during cleaning. I attempted to wipe them down myself, but when I went to look for a towel, I discovered there were no towels in the room at all. Not a single one.
When I called the front desk, I was told they had completely run out of clean towels. This is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one accommodating multiple guests. There were three of us in the room, and after insisting they find something, they eventually managed to find only one towel that I had to go to the front desk to pick it up myself. Again—completely unacceptable. How does a hotel run out of clean towels?
Overall, this experience was below basic standards of cleanliness and customer service. I hope these issues are addressed immediately to prevent future guests from having the same experience.
