The third room was lovely. The first two rooms had cleanliness issues. Dirt on the topsheet (looks like it had been walked on with a dirty shoe) and the second room had a stained matress and mattress pad. Nicely appointed rooms and hotel but it is a toss of the dice if you get a clean room. They were nice about getting us another room (both times) but we had just driven through a storm and it was midnight when we checked in and we just wanted to go to bed.

The property has everything you would need for it. Stay in Richmond. It is close to every major site. You can walk to several nice restaurants and a short ride to various museums in colleges. It has a decent pool and overall great facilities
