I was given keys to room 225, I opened the door it was dark I turned around to turn on the light and when I turned back around integer room a man way lying in the bed. He jumped up I screamed, grabbed my luggage and ran down stairs to the clerk. The clerk assigned room 205 to me, I was so nervous I couldn’t sleep. I kept staring at the door and all I could think of is what would have happened to me if the man on the bed would have attacked me.

Thank goodness the front desk Clerk was nice enough to cancel my reservation last minute and refund the money. The place is a dump. The area is not the safest, stains on the chairs, holes in the ceiling, elevator broken. Overall poor condition!

Very dirty hotel. Disrepair is evident. Almost tripped down the stairs bc the rubber stuck to my foot. And no elevator. If you should try your luck staying here and have issues with stairs request on the first floor. I got what I got trying to save money—definitely worth paying more to stay somewhere that isn’t a dump.

We stayed there to get someone to the Richmond Airport. The airport was only 5 minutes away. Rooms were nice and everything was clean. Very disappointed with the breakfast. Not much there. NO NAPKINS! Had to ask for napkins and we were given a roll of paper towels.

Room was clean, beds comfortable. However the toilet wouldn’t flush right , afraid to have a bowel movement . The shampoo, conditioner & lotion bottles were completely empty & when I complained they filled the shampoo & conditioner buy they took our used towels , washcloths & bath mat and didn’t replace them. Won’t stay here again.

The room wasn’t bad but housekeeping can do better.i had just checked in and it was hair in the sheets and they did not look like fresh sheets and it was hair all over the bathroom floor and tub although it was quiet and the inside is semi nice the cleanliness is a big downgrade to the place for me.i don’t think I would stay there again unless it was my last option

The staff was great. My issue mainly came down to breakfast. When i heard continental breakfast, i was expecting eggs and bacon or oatmeal. I was sad when all there was was cereal and waffle batter to cook in the waffle machine.

Dirty

When ya walk in, you don't immediately notice anything besides it looking very old. Then you start to notice how dirty or rusted everything is. Or in case of the shower improperly constructed. The comforter was so old it had caked in stains in it. To the point that my girlfriend slept on top of it and used me as a pillow because she didn't want to put her head on theirs

Small bathrooms

Overall a good 2 day stay. Bathrooms could have been bigger..other than that..nice stay. Hot and cold are reversed in the tub area.
