Compare Ski Hotels in Richmond

This Hotel, the staff and the rooms are wonderful. I have stayed at the Hotel on North recently four times ( since my mother was admitted to nursing home in the the area) and each time I have had a wonderful stay. In the four times I have been there the staff have been great, know why I am staying there (I am from CNY) and always ask how my experience was with my mother--they are friendly, take the time to listen to me....I feel grateful each time I stay there⭐️⭐️⭐️ a special shout out to Cameron, Andrew and Jamie!!!!

Love it and enjoy it. Safe, quiet, well-kept, nice property and most of all very friendly staff.

we stayed in the Stevens house. The driveway could use some attention.

The property was clean and the staff very accommodated.

Staffs were very friendly especially the lady ( I apologize I didn't get her name) in the breakfast buffet was super nice. The accommodations were dated but was very comfortable and clean. The room was well maintained.

Sign for the Hotel could be bigger or improved lighting. Tree covers sign when dark. Easy to miss entrance when dark if you were not using GPS. Exit no better. Music in lobby in the morning is calming and welcoming. No tv is great!
