Great Hotel in a Quiet Location

This is a wonderful hotel just off of the busy roads nearby so it is quiet. There is plenty of parking, a sundry shop, an inside pool with a private outdoor terrace. There is a great free breakfast included with a good variety of hot and cold food. Staff were very friendly and service focused. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are visiting Richmond.

There was a half eaten beef stick in the ice bucket in the room. Lots of Hair on the bathroom floor. Items left all over the pool area and just general lack of upkeep of the area at all.

We usually love SpringHill suites but this one was not very clean. We found hairs around the room and in the towel that I used to shower.

Excellent Stay!!!

This was one of the best experiences that I ever had at a hotel. Ms. Kim was the BEST!! She’s like the Chik Fil A of customer service. The way she greeted us was top tier!!! Thank you Ms. Kim! The hotel was nice as well and breakfast was good. I’m super picky about hotels but this was 10/10!
