Did not receive check in link till well after 4… had to keep calling to get code for door: had requested early check in and never got in till after allowed check in. And never got a call like they said they would call: There were 4 people and only 2 face towels. For 275 for one night it was very disappointing .

Clean, plenty of space, easily accessible to shops, laundry in the room, full kitchen, TV in every room, great Internet, we had an amazing stay. Only thing weird was parking in the garage and finding your way to your suite but other then that it we lovely.

There are too many electronic clocks from the microwave to the dishwasher. The main irritant was the ceiling high heater a/c which had a large display that indicated the temperature. It was lit up all the time but it was in the bedroom. In essence there was a nightlight on the whole night. It was very difficult to sleep. We managed to cover up all the other electronic lights but couldn’t black out the “nightlight “. As well the heater a/c unit was quite noisy and could not be shut off. I would not recommend this place unlessotger rooms were configured differently.

Very clean and updated. Sofa bed not the best. AC blows air at sifa non stop. Thermostat controls made in Mars. Not the normal setting controls. Could be much much simpler. Spent great amount of our limited time dialing it for comfort. Way too advsnce or ridiculously complicated for a "normal" person. No staff on duty. Code not accepted can be a problem if arriving earlier than 4pm. Temporary code was eventually provided as the room was ready several hours earlier thsn checkin time. Property consists of two buildings. Ensure you know which one you are staying at. Elevators were taken by a very unprofessional moving company during checkout time with no interest in unlocking elevator for 5 minutes despite several requests. ZERO warning or notice to customers. Frustrating and very dissapointing experience. Could've been a very bad experience for someone with a potential disability and or unable to walk stairs and nearly a block to underground parking while hauling a suitcase or two. Couldn't recommend and put my reputation on the line due to these very last few minutes of experience at this hotel. Unacceptable.
