I requested the option "pay when you check in". They then charged my card 3 hours before I checked in. It was not the card I intended to use. They then tried to force me to pay a "pet fee" after I had already checked out. Not one person mentioned this fee in the 4 days I was there and I never signed any agreement to it. The woman that was working was very rude. If she had asked me politely instead of yelling at me I would have just paid the fee. The hotel is nice. The staff is not.

Facility is brand new so everything was great. Room was a handicap room and didn’t have carpet which I thought was brilliant (no wondering what’s been on the carpet that you can’t see). I’m not sure if all rooms are hard floors. Price is very affordable! I would definitely stay here again!!

For the price, the room was great. It was clean, cool. The bed was nice. My only complaint was the mess un front of our door. The cleaning crew must have swept the the mess from the hall in front of our door and left it. I only stayed one night so i didn’t say anything. Other than that i would definitely syay there again.

Dirty. Hair in the bath tub. Bag of chips open in the cupboard. Coffee grinds in the sink/coffee machine. Intoxicated people outside the front entrance. The staff however were really nice.
